Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Homewood Solar for your solar racking needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@homewoodsolar.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

3. Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Restocking Fee:

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all returns, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Photographic evidence of the damage may be required for our records.

6. Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Warranty Information:

• Our products are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

8. Exceptions:

• Homewood Solar reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that do not meet the above criteria or for any reason deemed appropriate by our management.
